What is Junior High School in ESLR?


The High School curriculum provides an education involving total human integration and formation. This prepares them for their lives as young adults.

Through the concerted and cooperative efforts of administrators, faculty, staff and the parent's/guardians we strive to achieve the task of molding the students to become able and competent individuals in today's society.

The High School curriculum is structured into the following learning areas:


This program focuses on improving problem-solving and thinking skills in the areas of Advanced Algebra, Statistics, Trigonometry and Geometry.


This program focuses on providing an understanding of science concepts on Integrated Science, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.


This program focuses on developing oral and written communication skills. It also serves as a foundation for understanding various literary works thus developing literary appreciation.


Tinuturuan ang mag-aaral sa kasanayang pang komunikatibo sa pamamagitan ng paggamit ng wika at panitikan.


This program provides a holistic learning which entails building a Filipino self-identity through the understanding of the following components:

  • Christian Living
  • Araling Panlipunan
  • Technology & Livelihood Education (TLE)
  • MAPEH (Music, Arts, Physical Education & Health)
  • Computer


Junior High School Departmental Goals

  1. To further deepen the students' understanding and practice of Catholic faith.
  2. To enhance the formation of wholesome attitude towards fellowmen, country, and its environment.
  3. To prepare the students academically, socially, and spiritually for college education.
  4. To mold the social consciousness of the students, wherein, in turn, making them socially competent and, eventually, forming good leaders out of them.
